What You Will Do:

- Lead the project management of vehicle or technology programmes, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

- Develop and execute detailed strategies and delivery plans, using CAE, RLD, rig, and/or driven DV activities.

- Collaborate with system and component teams to define and maintain target requirements, ensuring alignment with overall vehicle objectives.

- Research and evaluate innovative concepts, applying cutting-edge modelling techniques to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

- Conduct benchmarking studies to identify best practices, industry trends, and future opportunities for innovation.

- Provide technical recommendations and solutions, driving resolutions through expert-led discussions and stakeholder engagement.

What You Will Bring:

- A strong understanding of engineering principles and a broad appreciation of vehicle technologies.

- Proven project management experience, particularly in engineering test activities.
