Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a Technical or Engineering Services Manager.
• Experience within a financial/corporate HQ or similar environment.
• Training in HV/LV authorisation, 2391, IOSH/NEBOSH Managing Safely is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services meet contractual KPIs.
• Complete internal and client audits.
• Ensure building compliance with statutory and legislative requirements.
• Report non-compliance issues.
• Work with the Head of Critical Engineering to ensure delivery.
