• Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare reports on project progress and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical services industry.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the industry is essential.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical engineering or construction management are advantageous.
