• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Prepare reports on project progress and performance metrics.
• Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical services industry.
