We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business, delivering a wide range of general building projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is a permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on a variety of mid-sized developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety and building regulations
• Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors effectively
• Monitor progress against programme and take corrective action as needed
• Maintain site records and reporting procedures
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal team to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and site presentation at all times

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within general construction
• Strong background in managing a diverse range of mid-sized projects (commercial, residential, public sector, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold card), and First Aid certification
• Full UK driving licence
