Your new company is a social housing company based in Manchester.
Your new role
Your new role as a planned maintenance surveyor will require you to oversee the upgrade of social housing construction planned maintenance projects from inception. You will conduct pre-planned maintenance surveys and then oversee the same works, appointing contractors and monitoring the quality of workmanship.

To succeed, you'll need experience in a similar role as well as a suitable qualification in a construction or building surveying-related subject.
