Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Perm Lates)

Salary: Basic £44,500, Benefits

Location: Gainsborough, Lincolnshire

A excellent opportunity has become available for a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join a reputable company in the Gainsborough, Lincolnshire area. Working on a Permanent Lates (2:30 pm – 11 pm) shift pattern, you will be required to complete maintenance, repair and breakdown duties, as well as contribute to continuous improvement projects being implemented within the factory. This is a fantastic position within a reputable business and will provide further opportunities for progression.

Skills Required

• The ideal candidate will be a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias.
• Hold 18th Edition or be prepared to work towards.
• Have good mechanical skills, including experience of working on hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Worked within a manufacturing facility, ideally FMCG.
• Worked on continuous improvement projects in previous positions.
• Be prepared to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Can work both on an individual and team basis.
• Be prepared to work a Permanent Lates shift, Monday – Friday 2:30 pm – 11 pm.
