Overview
We’re expanding our team and looking to hire customer-focused individuals to join our Stretford Office. Although your role involves sales, we prioritize sales through excellent customer service, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do. Your job will be to ensure they have a great experience and find the best insurance package that meets their needs. No previous insurance experience is required, all training is provided.
Working hours are 40 hours a week, from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month, 9am-1pm. Starting salary: £26,208 plus a quarterly performance-related bonus (additional average earnings of up to £400-£500 per month).
How you'll make an impact
During your first few weeks, you’ll attend our training academy, where we’ll provide all the necessary training to help you succeed in your new career. This includes insurance fundamentals, handling policies, and systems and process training. We also offer an excellent progression programme and fully funded professional insurance qualifications (CII).
In this role, you’ll assist customers with queries such as setting up home insurance policies and gathering information, guiding each customer through their individual needs. On a daily basis, you will:
