Job description

This leading specialist intellectual property law firm headquartered in London, with additional offices in Europe is keen to recruit a junior IT Support Technician to assist the current internal IT team in providing first-line technical support and a range of IT operational tasks.

You will work closely with our MSP and third-party vendors, supporting users, managing devices, and helping to optimise IT processes. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities will include Support & User Assistance, Device Management & Logging, System Administration and Optimisation and assisting with service accounts management and processing IT-related invoices, liaising with suppliers.

To apply you will need previous experience in a first-line IT support role, experience supporting and administering iManage and M365 is highly desirable, knowledge of SharePoint and the Microsoft Power Platform, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and be able to explain technical issues clearly.
