You will lead a small team of Business Development Managers , shaping the UK sales strategy and working closely with the Solutions Design team to deliver innovative, tailored logistics solutions for new projects and key clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Developers to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Develop and implement a UK sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
- Collaborate with Solutions Design to create bespoke proposals for complex logistics projects.
