An established, fast-growing UK events company is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new international event in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-impact campaign, working closely with UK headquarters and key partners across the Middle East.

If you're strategic, hands-on, data-driven and excited by the buzz of launching something new, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, responsibility and regional influence.

What You’ll Be Doing 💼
  • Delivering the end-to-end marketing strategy for a major new Dubai-based event
  • Managing multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email, content and partnerships
  • Working with agencies, influencers and media partners throughout the Middle East
  • Localising global brand messaging to ensure cultural fit and regional resonance
  • Leading content creation and storytelling that excites audiences pre-, during and post-event
  • Driving ticket sales and community growth through targeted, data-led activity
  • Overseeing campaign timelines, creative asset production and smooth execution
  • Managing budgets, tracking KPIs and reporting on campaign performance
  • Supporting onsite marketing, live coverage and post-event analysis
