The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the business across sales, administration, and operations. This is a varied role that requires a proactive approach and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and suppliers
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Working closely with the wider admin team to ensure smooth order processing
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to track orders, stock, and deliveries
  • Supporting sales activity through accurate documentation, quotations, and customer updates
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a sales admin, customer service, or office-based role
  • Confident communication skills (phone and email)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • A team player with a positive, flexible approach
