Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA) to join our CRO Marketing team at WuXi Biologics, reporting to the Marketing Director of CRO services. This role will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our CRO services across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate should have strong regional marketing knowledge for EMEA region and proven ability to collaborate with global and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.

Responsibilities :
  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans tailored to the EMEA market, aligned with global marketing strategy and business objectives.
  • Manage and support regional events, conferences, and tradeshows, ensuring consistent brand presence and effective lead generation.
  • Partner closely with BD and SMEs to understand local customer needs, provide marketing support, and enable pipeline growth.
  • Localize and adapt global marketing assets (brochures, presentations, digital campaigns, website content, social media) to ensure relevance for the EMEA audience.
  • Drive regional digital campaigns including email, LinkedIn, and other channels to maximize engagement and lead generation.
  • Track, measure, and analyze regional marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on regional trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Act as the regional marketing point of contact, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between global and local teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education :
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in biology or a related field
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in CRO, biotech, or Life Sciences
  • Strong knowledge of the EMEA market with proven experience in developing and executing successful regional campaigns.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are highly desirable.
  • Some travel within the region will be required.
