Job summary
A growing electrical contractor in Scotland is seeking an experienced Electrical Projects / Contracts Manager. You will oversee multiple electrical and renewable-energy projects from initial quotation through to handover, ensuring they meet all technical and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical contracting or construction, and be confident in contract management and project cost control. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence the company's expansion and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Background in electrical contracting, renewables or construction.
- Experience in reviewing technical drawings and quotations.
- Proficient in project cost control and contractual agreements.

As Electrical Projects / Contracts Manager, you'll bring structure, oversight and commercial awareness to a busy portfolio of live projects. Working closely with the Projects Director and site teams, you'll ensure everything runs safely, efficiently and profitably — while keeping quality at the heart of delivery.
- Oversee multiple electrical and renewable-energy projects from quotation through to handover.
- Review and prepare technical drawings, quotations and submissions.
- Ensure projects meet all technical, legal and commercial requirements.
- Lead coordination with clients, site teams and subcontractors.
- Support the leadership team in driving consistency, compliance and efficiency across operations.
- Background in electrical contracting, renewables or construction.
- Confident with contracts, drawings and project cost control.
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded.
- A collaborative team‑player who is comfortable making things happen on site and in the office.
