The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of key projects across London and the South East, ensuring quality, cost control and client satisfaction from inception to completion.
- Managing multiple construction projects across a range of sectors
- Acting as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor
- Bringing in new business through existing client relationships and industry presence
- Supporting the growth and direction of the company at a strategic level
- Mentoring junior staff and helping build the internal team
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within a construction consultancy or client-side environment
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills with proven project delivery experience
- A network of contacts or client relationships in the London market
- Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Clear ambition for career progression and ownership
- £80,000 - £100,000
