The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of key projects across London and the South East, ensuring quality, cost control and client satisfaction from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple construction projects across a range of sectors
  • Acting as the primary client liaison and trusted advisor
  • Bringing in new business through existing client relationships and industry presence
  • Supporting the growth and direction of the company at a strategic level
  • Mentoring junior staff and helping build the internal team
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience within a construction consultancy or client-side environment
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent
  • Strong leadership skills with proven project delivery experience
  • A network of contacts or client relationships in the London market
  • Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Clear ambition for career progression and ownership
