We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the delivery of Point of Sale (POS) and Payment Solutions across European and North American markets. This is a strategic, high-impact role within a global technology team, driving innovation and shaping the future of in-store transactions.
- Own product roadmaps and strategic planning for Point of Sale (POS) and payment solutions.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Gather requirements, prioritise features, and support Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies.
- Drive initiatives in payments and marketing insights value streams.
- Support expansion of Oracle Xstore POS across European markets.
- Experience in mid‑to‑senior product management roles.
- Strong payments industry knowledge (retail payments, bank vendors).
- Experience with POS systems – Oracle Xstore highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in a SAFe Agile environment (must‑have).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Retail background is preferred.
