A leading retail organization is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product vision for Store Data Products. You will collaborate with various teams to leverage data and develop solutions that enhance the shopping experience. This role requires expertise in large-scale data platforms and UX/UI principles. The successful candidate will ensure product compliance with governance standards and drive adoption across teams. This hybrid role is based in Welwyn Garden City and London, requiring three days on-site work.
The team is responsible for developing and managing Data & AI products that drive intelligent experiences, decisions and actions across the Tesco ecosystem. We work in close partnership with business and technology teams across Stores, Finance, People, Customer, Commercial to enable the seamless build, consumption, integration and expansion of Data & AI capabilities.
As a Product Manager, you will evolve and drive the product vision, strategy and delivery of Store Data Products that empower Tesco colleagues to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Partner with stakeholders to align with business priorities, manage backlogs and write user stories. Leverage store data, AI-assisted analytics and task management solutions to optimise store operations. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative, data driven products that create measurable impact.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being based at our London and Welwyn Garden City offices 3 days a week.
