A global entertainment leader in Liverpool is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to manage IT support services for game development specialists. The role includes overseeing day-to-day IT desktop support operations, managing an active service desk, and ensuring compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on support experience, strong knowledge of desktop operating systems including Linux, MacOS, and Windows, and the ability to maintain effective client relationships.
