The Last Mile team within Amazon Logistics is looking for an experienced Fleet Sourcing Manager to drive Amazons Last Mile mobility procurement as we expand or scope into additional mobility solutions.

The Fleet Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the improvement and execution of Amazons Last Mile variable fleet sourcing of tens of thousands of vans annually across EU. To be successful in this role you need to be comfortable to manage highly complex relationships with external stakeholders and driving multiple internal Amazon teams to achieve your goals. A successful candidate will be analytical resourceful customer-focused team oriented and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. The candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and proven procurement experience.

This role might require the ability to travel 1020% of the time.

• Deliver on the end-to-end EU sourcing strategy of vehicles for peak 2025
• Support the annual sourcing process (RFP) in collaboration with cross functional teams to secure future capacity at optimal terms.
• Lead in negotiation on commercial terms and build long term relationship with suppliers.
• Ownership of end-to-end supplier contract process including automation
• Central EU ownership of suppliers including performance management and central escalations requiring leadership involvement.
• Challenge partners on timelines quality of service and other potential bottlenecks.
• Use databases and analytical tools to make data-led decisions.
• Internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals.
• Communicate effectively so all stakeholders understand the direction and vision and are aligned.
• Proactively engage with all areas of the organization to identify inter-dependencies mutually beneficial goals and influencing leadership.

• Maintaining existing supplier relationships and growing the partnerships through volume increases YoY negotiating commercial terms and increasing supplier involvement in key initiatives.
• Conducting regular meetings with suppliers to ensure all are on track to deliver the offered volumes as well as negotiating cancellations.
• Creating and closing work order contracts for volumes and services across the EU and ensuring they are compliant with Legal Tax and Accounting standards.
• Managing a supplier database and ensuring it contains the necessary supplier information for Fleet teams and the wider organization. This includes updating the account information supplier escalation matrix rate cards and offer information.
• Working with Global Corporate Procurement to enable best practices and efficiencies throughout the procurement process.
• Acting as a POC for all internal stakeholders on any matter related to fleet which include supporting the Payments team Fleet Execution and Deployment team Central Operations for escalations Finance and Fleet planning.
• Growing the supplier pool by profiling new leads and integrating these suppliers into the Amazon sourcing model. This also includes supporting any new initiatives through lead generation and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting leadership during reviews by providing status updates and offering solutions required for the monthly forecasts.

The EU Global Fleet & Product team is responsible for Amazons Last Mile Fleet across Sourcing Supply Chain planning and execution Product development and Electrification.

• Bachelors degree
• Exceptional excel and data mining skills
