Job summary
A respected contractor in construction is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to join their team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with company policies, provide advice to Site Managers, conduct inspections, and establish strong relationships within the team. Applicants should have construction experience and hold a NEBOSH qualification. The package includes a competitive salary of £50,000, a car allowance, and additional benefits such as a company bonus.

- Must have construction experience.
- Strong communication, verbal and written skills are required.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and experience working to OSHAS 18001.
Responsibilities
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Give competent advice and support to Site Managers.
- Carry out inspections and report findings.
- Establish working relationships with delivery team.
- Conduct audits and attend meetings.
