Health & Safety Advisor duties include –
  • Maintain HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across site operations.
  • Investigate incidents, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
  • Track environmental performance and produce reports for senior management.
  • Manage emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
  • Support site teams and deputise for the HSE Manager when required.
Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience –
  • Experience in a similar role (HSE Advisor, Health & Safety Officer etc).
  • Strong environmental exposure within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Systems experience including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
  • Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent.
