Job summary
A leading analytics provider is seeking a Helpline Operator in Chesterfield on a 3-month contract. The role entails coding survey data, handling calls from the public and NHS staff, and providing information and support. Ideal candidates will have strong data entry skills and an excellent telephone manner. This position offers £13.55 per hour, with the potential for a DBS check.
Qualifications

- Excellent telephone manner.
Responsibilities
- Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data.
- Dealing with incoming calls from the public and NHS staff.
- Providing advice and completing surveys over the phone.
- Proof reading.
Skills
CK Group are recruiting for a Helpline Operator to join a leading provider of advanced analytics, research and technology solutions to the life sciences industry on a contract basis for 3 months initially.
Salary: £13.55 per hour PAYE
- Coding and inputting large volumes of survey data and written freeform comments as necessary using bespoke verification software.
- Dealing with incoming calls from members of the public, NHS Staff members, Charity Organisations and some other ad-hoc on the survey helpline; providing advice, completing surveys over phone, information/support and actioning the calls as appropriate.
- Any ad hoc duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the organisation.
