Location - Remote
- Understanding customer scope and recommending suitable solutions
- Preparing proposals and supporting documentation for internal bid review and client submissions
- Drafting technical designs and solution descriptions based on standard templates
- Supporting bids and tender responses including solution design, pricing, and partner engagement
- Collaborating with other technical specialists on complex, multi-discipline solutions
- Assisting architects by preparing presentation materials and documentation
- Creating accurate pricing schedules for contract submissions
- Attending training and maintaining certifications relevant to your role
- Strong understanding of network technologies and topologies, such as:
WAN / SD-WAN / LAN / WLAN / SASE - Experience in delivering Connectivity solutions
- Industry-recognised accreditations (e.g., Fortinet, Extreme, Cisco)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Experience working in the UK IT Services market
- Understanding of customer environments, technical designs, and industry best practices
- Experience contributing to technical proposals or bid responses
