Sales & Solutions Manager – Facilities Management Hard Services – Hybrid (London/South East) – £90‑100k + commission

We are delighted to present this opportunity to join the Sales Solutions Team of a leading provider of Facilities Management and Workplace services.

The position requires someone to lead the sales solution process from prospecting through implementation, with key responsibilities including:

  • Building custom solutions and staffing models for engineering and integrated IFM opportunities in the UK/I.
  • Coordinating cross‑functional teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Managing the RFP process and client negotiations.
  • Maintaining competitive intelligence and market knowledge.
  • Achieving specific win‑rate targets.

The role demands experience in M&E and IFM solution selling with a proven track record of winning contracts wins to the value of £5‑15 million.
