A children's therapeutic care provider in Wolverhampton is hiring a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker. The role involves providing high-quality, trauma-informed care and mentorship to staff in a nurturing environment. Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with children and hold a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children's Residential Childcare. We are recruiting for our three-bedded children’s home in Seisdon, Wolverhampton — a nurturing environment where children feel valued, supported, and able to grow with confidence and hope.
The Senior Therapeutic Support Worker plays a key role in delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care to children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Grounded in the Ubuntu philosophy — “I am because we are” — the role combines direct care with leadership, mentoring, and modelling best practice within a therapeutic home.
2 days on, 4 days off rolling rota, including sleep‑ins. Shifts may include weekends and bank holidays.

All applicants will be required to complete a full two week induction to begin on Monday 19th January 2026 to include both face to face and online training and shadow shifts.
