As a Specialist Neurodevelopment Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in our Neurodevelopment team, delivering high‑quality diagnostic assessments and, in some areas, post‑diagnostic support to help children, adults and their families understand their diagnosis both in person and digitally. Parts of your role may be delivered remotely and parts will be delivered at our in‑person clinics in Hereford and Worcester. You will be a key member of the clinic team, welcoming clients and families, ensuring a positive experience, and maintaining health and safety standards for colleagues and clients.

• Deliver high‑quality diagnostic assessments in neurodevelopment.
• Provide post‑diagnostic support to clients and families in person and digitally.
• Welcome clients and families to in‑person clinics and support a positive environment.
• Ensure health and safety of colleagues and clients and maintain an appropriate clinical space.

• Professional registration with HCPC or NMC.
• Training and experience with ADOS and/or ADI‑R, with preference for both.
• Experience conducting ADHD assessments (desirable).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting diagnostic assessments and interventions.
• Skills in Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Psychology (Clinical, Counselling or Forensic), or Nursing.
• Flexibility to support remote and in‑person clinical work.
• Commitment to ethical practice and safeguarding of adults and children.
• Completed Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (Enhanced or Basic depending on role) and Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
• Two professional references.
