Job summary
A not-for-profit care provider in Alton is seeking a Care Assistant who is passionate about supporting older people. Whether you're new to the industry or have experience, this role offers a chance to make a real difference. You will assist residents with their daily needs and personal care while ensuring their safety and comfort. The position provides competitive pay starting at £12.80 per hour, with additional benefits such as flexible contracts, training, and support. - £12.80 per hour (£13.13 with NVQ2)
- Additional 10% paid for night shifts and weekend shifts as a premium uplift.
