Job description
Responsibilities
  • Respond to Estates Helpdesk requests and carry out maintenance within expected period.
  • Identify and address Health and Safety issues immediately; follow up and liaise with the Estates Building Services Manager.
  • Undertake planned maintenance tasks including painting, decorating, lamp replacement, plumbing, etc., maintaining a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for staff, students and visitors.
  • Maintain campus security and assets, including challenging learners and unidentified persons.
Requirements
  • Key skills level 2 in both English and maths.
  • Commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults. All offers contingent upon satisfactory references, an Enhanced DBS check and additional checks consistent with KCSIE guidance.
