Your new role

As a Retail Sales Advisor at DFS, you are the heartbeat of our store, greeting customers and guiding them to help them find their thing, be it a sofa, a bed or those little finishing touches that make their house a home. With your passion for great service and love for our products, youll bring comfort and joy into every customers home.

What you'll be doing

We always Aim High and were crystal clear on how to make our customers feel at home. With your friendly service and natural instincts for helping them find exactly what they need, you'll be hitting (and smashing!) your sales numbers in no time.

• Customer connection: Youll create a warm and welcoming environment, building natural connections with customers and truly listening to what theyre looking for, delivering expert advice to every customer, every time.
• Passionate about product: Well teach you everything there is to know about our products, so you can confidently recommend the best options and demonstrate your expertise to our customers.
• Sales success: Youll guide customers through the buying journey, identifying and recognising what they are looking for through really great questions to help them find the perfect fit for their home.
• Offer honest advice and accuracy: At DFS, we believe in being real with our customers. Youll offer honest advice, guiding customers to the best options without overpromising, building trust and confidence. Youll ensure order accuracy with careful attention to detail and clear communication, delivering a seamless experience.
• Store pride: Youll keep our showroom looking stunning, ensuring everything is beautifully displayed and that our customers are getting a consistent journey no matter what store they visit.
