Hours: Full Time

Salary: Basic £40,000 pa / OTE £65,000 pa + Stretch bonus of £7,500 pa

In support of exciting ongoing growth objectives for our MINI Sales operation, we are looking to appoint an experienced New Car Manager. Responsible for a dedicated retail sales team in one of the biggest, newest, and most exciting dealerships from which to operate in the UK, this role will work alongside a New BMW Management colleague, a Business Management team, and report into the General Sales Manager.

A strong track record of success in retail automotive Sales management is a pre-requisite for this position, and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate success in the New car arena in today's fast-changing marketplace through new entrants and the ZEV mandate. Alongside this clear market awareness, is the need to oversee a clear enquiry management process and help support the building of a winning sales team culture. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of this organisation as well as our own image and actions being completely aligned with the modern high-tech MINI products which we are privileged to sell.
