Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 3 to deliver outstanding results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving customer needs.
- Analyse sales data and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and drive initiatives to capitalise on them.
The Successful Applicant
A successful National Sales Manager will have:
- Extensive national account management experience across the top 4 and other retail channels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
- A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in analysing sales data and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
