Salary: £41,000 - £45,000 DOE (20% bonus potential)

As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by aligning with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure operational compliance, and introduce Samsung products that enhance customers\' connected lives.

• Health & Safety: You\'ll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across the store, creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
• Store Standards Expert: Maintaining impeccable store standards will be a top priority. Your keen eye for detail will ensure the store always looks its best, providing an inviting shopping experience for customers.
• Team Leadership: Managing and inspiring colleagues across all departments to foster a high-performing and motivated team. You\'ll set clear expectations and provide direction while encouraging your team to embody PRS& Samsung values.
• Operational Excellence: You\'ll follow and uphold the PRS& Samsung processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless operations and efficiency throughout the store.
• Shift Management: As a key holder, you\'ll take charge of general shift management, ensuring daily tasks are carried out smoothly.
• Resource Management: Managing resources effectively to ensure budgets are adhered to and optimized across various areas.

• People-Centric Leader: Proven track record in people management and leadership with the ability to inspire, motivate, and articulate PRS& Samsung values.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent communication and influencing skills to foster commitment among team, customers, and stakeholders.
• Passionate About Customer Experience: A genuine care for people and a commitment to delivering an exceptional brand experience.
• Adaptability and Commercial Acumen: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances with a commercially minded approach to retail.
• Tech Enthusiast: Strong interest in tech with sound knowledge of the Samsung ecosystem.
• Continuous Learner: Eager to challenge knowledge and pursue growth and improvement.
• High-Level Retail Management Experience: Previous experience in high-level retail management is essential to excel in this role.

• Shop Floor Excellence: Focus on shop floor management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Performance Management: Observe and track performance metrics across the team, providing insights and feedback.
• Customer Experience: Deliver a great brand experience, encompassing both sales and service.
• Team Development: Manage all sales colleagues, conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and mentoring.
• Training Compliance: Ensure that all colleagues are up to date with training metrics.
• Market Analysis: Analyse local market changes that may impact trade to stay ahead of the competition.
