Job Location: NARS Boutique, Covent Garden London

Contract type: Permanent Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days

Hourly rate: £14.13

Your passion for artistry and service, along with personality, is key. We are looking for someone who is creative and able to ensure that each customer has an engaging and individual experience. You will receive innovative training, a discount on products, and the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing brand within a dynamic group.

Main Responsibilities

• Through one-to-one sessions and events, use artistry skills and product expertise to ensure customers leave with a luxurious makeup experience.
• Create strong connections with customers through brand history and high-performance formulas to secure brand loyalty to NARS and to you as an Artist.
• Adopt the customer engagement approach to express creativity and help customers use NARS techniques to express their personal vision of beauty.
• Meet and strive to exceed performance targets and participate in training to express creativity and become the best makeup artist possible.
