Job summary
A leading investment firm in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Analyst with expertise in financial modelling and analysis of the Singapore property market. The role entails building financial models, conducting market research, supporting due diligence, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Candidates should have a degree in Finance or related field and 2–5 years of relevant experience, particularly in real estate investment. Strong skills in Excel and an understanding of investment metrics are essential.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate investment, development, advisory, valuation, or fund management.
- Solid understanding of Singapore property regulations and tax framework.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for development and acquisition.
- Conduct micro-market research and monitor market trends.
- Support feasibility studies and due diligence for new projects.
- Prepare investment memoranda and executive summaries.
- Track portfolio performance against forecasts.
