The successful candidate will generate leads through campaigns and cold calling while supporting the Business Partner network. They will conduct research to qualify opportunities and communicate customer needs effectively. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in a sales or account management role and possess excellent computer skills. This is a very diverse role, where the Sales Support Specialist will be a part of the UK Public Safety team. You will generate end customer leads by following up on campaigns, sales trade leads and also cold calling.

The candidate will need to develop and create methods for researching and qualifying new potential customer segments and markets to drive new business. The candidate will be comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers, in different markets and industries.
