A leading contractor based in the South Coast is seeking a Resource Coordinator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the busiest contractors in the region, with over 30 years of experience as a leading contractor.

About the role of Resource Coordinator

This contractor specializes in new build and refurbishment projects, including education, healthcare, MOD, and industrial sectors. Projects typically range from £500K to £15M across Hampshire, Surrey, and Sussex, serving private and public clients. The Resource Coordinator will be based at their Head Office in Portsmouth.

Responsibilities of the Resource Coordinator include:

• Proactive diary management and travel arrangements, including producing itineraries.
• Organizing and scheduling meetings, including setting locations, agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
• Collaborating across all departments to ensure smooth coordination.

• Previous experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
• Proven track record in a similar role.
• Effective communication and IT skills.
