A leading recruitment firm in Greater London is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This role offers a starting salary of £27k, increasing to £32k within six months, with an OTE of £50k in the first year. Candidates should have a degree with a 2:1 or higher, and a sports background is preferred. The position includes mentoring, a lucrative commission structure, and exciting incentives such as holidays, early finishes on Thursdays, and generous holiday allowances.

- Headhunting professionals into their dream role.
- Cold calling, advertising, networking and market mapping.
- Organising interviews and acting as a liaison.
- Securing deals and earning commission.

- Degree educated with a 2 : 1 or above
- Achieved minimum BBB at A-levels
- Sports background 1 st or 2 nd teams
- Financially driven motivated by targets and commission
- A hard worker who will push themselves
- 27k base salary with an increase to 32k within 6 months
- 40% commission structure on top of base
- Fast progression gain a promotion in a half a year
- 3000 given initially to help move over
- OTE in year 1 = 50k, year 2 = 80k+
- Holiday incentives 2x a year Thailand, Mallorca and Ibiza
- One-on-one training from the Managing Directors
- Half days on Fridays
- 28 days holiday + 10 day office closure at Christmas
- Early finish on Thursdays for a few drinks with the team
