We’re looking for driven, motivated, and experienced consultants with a background in Transport, Logistics, or Industrial recruitment to help us grow our presence and build successful desks from the ground up.

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from business development and client management to candidate sourcing and placement.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Developing your own desk within the Transport, Logistics, or Industrial sectors.
• Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Staying proactive in a busy setting, managing priorities, and delivering results under pressure.

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within Transport, Logistics, or Industrial recruitment.
• A strong 360 background with a track record of success in business development and client retention.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives under pressure.
• A team player who can also work independently and take ownership of their desk.
