Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 DOE

Contract: Full-time, Permanent, 5 days in the office initially, moving to 1 day WFH from February.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with schools, nurseries, and candidates
• Drive new business through sales, marketing, and daily supply calls
• Visit clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored solutions
• Advertise roles and actively source top education talent
• Manage interviews, placements, and ongoing client support
• Negotiate rates and close deals
• Hit and exceed personal and team targets

What You Bring

• Recruitment experience (education sector a bonus ideally from early years, primary, secondary or SEN). Open to any agency recruitment sector background, particularly temporary desks, such as healthcare.
• Confident communicator with strong sales ability, professional, able to think outside of the box
• Excellent English skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Good IT skills and CRM experience
