Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates into positions that match their skill set, developing relationships with existing clients, and building new business opportunities.

Responsibilities & Duties :
  • Source suitable candidates through a variety of methods.
  • Develop strong relationships with both potential and existing customers to identify their recruitment needs
  • Screen CVs and shortlist suitable applicants for client interviews
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer stage
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful placement of candidates
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities in order to increase revenue
  • Monitor industry trends related to recruitment processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation such as GDPR regulations
Skills & Qualifications Required :
