The Role

As a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and nurturing client relationships. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology companies and top talent in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with our existing client base and developing new business opportunities, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing the entire recruitment process from client briefing to candidate placement
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive business development
• Conducting detailed candidate assessments and client consultations
• Contributing to the agency's growth strategy and market presence

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, with a track record of successful placements
• Demonstrated business development capabilities and a proactive approach to building client relationships
• Strong understanding of the technology sector and IT roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
