Senior Recruitment Consultant

Are you an experienced recruitment professional seeking a new challenge? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and securing top talent for our clients in the construction, healthcare, or commercial sectors. Your duties will include identifying candidates, building client relationships, and managing the recruitment process.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment within construction, healthcare, or commercial industries.
  • Adept at candidate sourcing and assessment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for client and candidate interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with recruitment software and tools.
Nice to Have Skills
  • Previous project or campaign recruitment management experience.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and trends.
  • Understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a consultancy.

Other Requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 30KM for client meetings.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Potential 20% bonus for exceeding a 10K target monthly.
  • 23 days of annual leave.
