My client, a specialist recruitment company based in Canterbury, is looking to hire several Recruitment Consultants. They can hire at Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Level.

This position is Hybrid, with three days a week in the office and two remote. Once established in the role and billing well, this can reduce to 2 days in the office.

You will be hiring perm professionals into UK markets. They have several white-collar professional desks available. They will fully cross-train you on the market when you join, so as long as you are used to filling professional and commercial perm roles, that is fine. They have lots of existing clients, and the role will be 360 with a focus on new BD, but there will also be roles to get you settled in and started while you build a desk.

The position is train accessible. You don't need a driving license to apply.

Selling Points

• Uncapped commission without a threshold. You will earn 10 to 40% in commission on the deal value of every person you place.
