A leading global engineering company is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Todmorden to manage customer complaints and ensure compliance with ISO 9001. Reports to: Regional Quality Manager, EMECA
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be primarily responsible for managing customer complaints across the WME & METCA regions, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, the role will support the implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) at the Todmorden site.
