New opportunity not to be missed! Vantage is looking for an Aftersales Manager to join our team based at Toyota Wakefield. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £63,000 per annum including OTE bonus and excellent benefits.
Our passion for providing the highest quality customer service is central to everything we do. We now have an opportunity for an experienced, customer-focused Aftersales Manager to join our team at Vantage Toyota Wakefield.
This is an exciting and challenging role. Reporting to the Centre Principal, you will lead and motivate the aftersales team, demonstrating and encouraging skills aligned with our company and manufacturer’s brand values.
Customer engagement is key, and you will be responsible for ensuring high standards in a busy, pressurized environment, delivering profitability and customer satisfaction. You will work with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide seamless service.
This is a full-time role, typically working from 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
