A community-focused religious institution in Tongham is seeking a part-time Property and Facilities Manager to oversee property management, maintenance, and financial planning. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of health and safety while working collaboratively with volunteers and staff. Flexibility and a hands-on approach to problem-solving are essential. Applicants should possess strong organisational, financial, and IT skills, which are pivotal to this role. This position offers a salary of £18,720 p/a for 18 hours per week.

Part time - 0.5 FTE/18 hours per week (flexibility is essential for this role). The salary for the post is £18,720 p/a.
In this key role, you will take ownership of all aspects of property management and facilities services, including long term planning, compliance, and cost control. You will oversee maintenance programmes, manage budgets and contracts, and ensure high standards of health and safety across the estate. This is a hands on position that will involve, at times, physical activity, including accessing all areas of the Cathedral and other buildings, which may involve navigating numerous stairs and confined spaces.
