Business travel consultant - touring specialist - This expanding independent agency based in the West End is hiring. The role can be home-based, hybrid, or office-based, with a salary between 38k and 48k. Previous touring or production experience is essential, along with ideally Sabre knowledge; training from another GDS will be provided.
Responsibilities include managing entertainment and touring client travel logistics, handling air, hotel, ground transport, meet & assist, and private charters from start to finish, providing full support using Sabre. Attention to detail, workload prioritization, and meeting deadlines are crucial. The role also involves ensuring client budgets and specific requirements are met and processing administrative tasks accurately.
- Touring or production experience
- Sabre knowledge (training available)
- Flexible location within the UK
- Availability to work from 9 am to 6 pm or later if preferred
- Strong reissues, ticketing, and refunds experience
