Support Project Leaders in the UK for field visit scheduling activities by liaising with freelance field workers as per project timelines, geographical spread and field worker availability. While the focus will be on the UK market, there might be a need to support other STEM geographies as per the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Project set up – Allocate ‘Field Visits’ to ‘Field Workers’ ensuring target numbers are met for each project with an optimal geographical spread.
- Provide a Project Overview to the field worker team detailing: company, product, contact points, FV start/finish dates, briefing date, expected briefing document and workbook, and standardized STEM booking emails and notes attached to the email.
- Communication with field workers – Maintain their own individual tracker for each project (monitored weekly) and invite to project briefing and debriefing.
- Achieve project scope – Ensure the field visits and interviews agreed with the client are achieved for each project.
- During the project – Maintain target numbers by reallocating reps when necessary; provide a weekly update to the project lead and analysis team with initial booking rates, booking completion, and call rate figures; liaise with the Project Leader if issues jeopardise scheduling completion; ensure timely delivery of workbooks to the Analysis Team for client report creation.
- Other responsibilities – Update monthly fieldworker availability with a quarterly capacity forecast; recruit new field workers as necessary; collaborate with other PCs and cover projects in other countries; manage multiple projects simultaneously; demonstrate ability to prioritise, multi-task, and communicate effectively; be proactive in problem solving; work independently or as part of a team; advanced MS Excel skills; ensure quality and attention to detail; engage and motivate freelance field workers; support decision makers with effective options; plan ahead and take responsibility; possess project coordination/management or customer service experience; English proficiency for global coordination.
