Experience required...

Essential:

• Typically 5-8 years' experience in the UK Rail Industry
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at all levels
• Relevant and demonstrable experience in a complex project environment, including team management, planning, contracting and delivery of projects within the UK Light Rail sector
• Successful record of project budget management and ability to understand and interpret commercial and financial landscapes (budgets, forecasts, actual status)
• Experience in managing ambiguity in a project environment with strong evaluation and decision-making skills
• Project safety management experience and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and best practice
• High-level of IT literacy, proficient user of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ProjectWise, etc.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Member of APM (MAPM) or equivalent
• Chartered member of professional institution (or working towards)
• Achieved APM PMQ or equivalent professional qualification
